I just ran in to this prob...Bumping an old post...<br /><br />I just ran in to this problem, and came up with the following workaround.<br /><br />I added a second rotational parameter to my north arrow and called it "Declination."<br />I added all the objects in the block to this parameter (including the map.view.rotation parameter.)<br />Then I set the angle type to list, and added the angle of the zone we use to the list. (4.61115328 in this case.) 0 was on the list already. This will allow the north arrow to be used in drawings with no Datum as well. Additional declinations could be added to the list if applicable. <br /><br /><br />In our template I inserted this block and selected the "Declination." Now the block looks correct, and works as expected. Removing the Geo location just resets the zon...Tom,<br />Removing the Geo location just resets the zone to "no Datum...".
